Best Buy Canada Ltd Northland Village Mall

I was in panic mode when I came to this store - the power cord for my sons Cochlear implant batteries had conked out and it would take a few days to get a replacement shipped to us. Meaning he would not be able to hear during that time. Luckily for me Dexter was the first person in the store I talked to, and within two minutes he had figured out what I needed and even let me test it to make sure it worked. What a relief!! It ended up being less expensive, too. Friendly and knowledgeable!

This Best Buy gave us service plus when our laptop was in for repair 4 times within a 3 month period. The laptop was 2 years old and had a service plan purchase from Best Buy. They replaced it with a laptop that Is great. The Service Department was very prompt and detailed in trying to resolve our issue.
