Your home is considered a building envelope and we report on the roofing, attic, insulation, exterior, structure, electrical, heating, plumbing, central air (if equipped), and interior including floors, walls, windows, counters, cabinets, etc. Our in depth reports consist of a description of the section, sketch of how it should look like, description of the element, recommendation of the element, any limitations we have, and a color picture of the actual deficiency so you can see why it is deficient. When the client attends the home inspection: they have the opportunity to ask questions and we can provide them with an answer immediately in most cases. In some cases, the client is unable to attend, so we are happy to discuss any concerns you may have about the inspection or the report.
