Commercial Banking Services

I completely agree with moha2782. The people there have NO drive or incentive to service customers. They are purely commercial. Don't waste your time. There are 3 branches in Calgary and 2 in Vancouver. If you aren't in Quebec, then you're SOL. It's nightmare to do anything with this bank and it should be shut down or merged.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, WORST HOSPITALITY.

i suggest not do any kind of banking with NATIONAL BANK. if you call them they will never pick up your call. if you visit branch specially sw macleaod trail their staff will never greet you. we visits 3 times but never meet mortgage officer. we just wasted our 3 days into this kind of group. i strongly suggest national bank head office department. please only hired well trained employee or just shutdown the bank. ZERO HOSPITALITY. ZERO MANNER.ZERO GROOMING. ALL LOOKS FRUSTRATED AND SLEEPY.
