If you were thinking of renting with Fireside Management... DON'T. They are deceitful and disrespectful. They have been negligent with informing tenants about pests (BED BUGS) and negligent with properly treating the problem. This has resulted in thousands of dollars in losses as well as relocation, and yet they are STILL trying to get more money out of us because the bed bugs they did not properly treat have done such damage to the unit.
