Royal Waste of Time! I wasted 4 months waiting on carpet on carpet that never came. First, they ordered and delivered the wrong carpet that sat in my garage for a month. Then, I wasted another month waiting on carpet that was never ordered. Time and time again, when I called, the staff would tell me "let me check with the supplier," they would hang up on me and never call me back. I finally got ahold of the owner who assured me that the carpet was ordered, but a month later, no it wasn't.
