Love this business, I have always gotten my money's worth on the amazing gear I've bought over the years. The staff has been incredibly helpful in helping learn what I need for the hill. Great place to shop local!! Plus teh ladies ski trip days are amazing! Love you Jean!

Painful and Sub-Par Service

Bindings: removed and not put back on properly (damage done to locking straps on flow bindings) Edges: Not sharpened in large sections (tip and tail not touched, rather than sharpened and then de-tuned) Sections that were sharpened now have large divots in them on both the toe and heal edges Only sharpened on one side of the edge (should be done with either an 89deg or 90deg file/stone on both sides) Heal-side edge on my front foot not touched at all. Wax: Not really much to say on the wax job other than a few extra divots in my board. looks like they tried to fill them in (these were brand new marks acquired between dropping the board off and picking it up) Wax was not scrapped off of the edges which is not a huge deal in comparison to everything else but it screams laziness. Total Cost: $52.40
