Lewis Estates Carwash

I just washed my car and the charge showed 8.00 on the machine. No receipt issued. I checked at home and the charge was 22.95. Something wrong here.

The "rinse" cycle has more soap than the wash cycle. Asked a staff member why and he grabbed the wand from me, pointed it to the ground repeating "no soap" and wasted 45 seconds of time on the machine. I guess I was imagining all of the visible suds covering my vehicle.

The machine swallowed my second toonie and immediately shut the water off so I could not rinse my van. The attendant told me that was impossible and after a little arguing he put his card in the machine telling me that he was "using his own card" and he stood there while I rinsed the van and as soon as I circled it once, he pressed stop and shut the water off. His voice, words and actions appeared very angry. I will not be back and I will tell others about my experience.

A huge shout out to the wonderful staff at the Lewis Estates Carwash. I have been and will continue to be a regular Lewis Estates carwash user. After washing my SUV today, my engine would not start...my battery was dead. The wonderful people who work at the carwash went above and beyond to help me out, first by pushing my car out of the carwash stall, followed by charging my car battery. I was so thankful for their help and wonderful patient attitudes. Once I was on my way, I thanked the amazing staff at Lewis Estates carwash again for all their help, and their response was thank you for coming. Beautiful people. Thank you all so much for helping me out. I will most certainly be telling everyone I know about the wonderful experience I had, Lewis Estates Carwash is by far the best car wash out there....always clean with so many options for cleaning your vehicle.
