very friendly service and the staff was so helpful.... It's a unique store for smoke lovers. Very cheap price for smoke and a large selection of bongs, pipes and all other stuff ... should visit once at least if you are in Lethbridge.

First time ever i...

First time ever in the store. Customer service rep was deeply disinterested, was busy watching Simpsons reruns. Sold us damaged display merchandise that had already been filled with butane. Refused refund or exchange as sales are final on "tobacco products", which was surprising as it was a kitchen torch. Won't be back, would not recommend.
