Extremely unprofessional, unethical, if you bring to her attention issues with her work, or funds she got for work she did not do, she will ignore. Find a bonded reputable cleaner as this is a big risk, pending charges for stolen property and review by Revenue Canada.
Advise the amount of hours she would work and never worked them according to my security system when she would go in and go out and times. When terminated and request for funds returned for services she was paid for and did not complete as well as key she ignored me. Based on her business ethics I would not be surprised if she remove things from the home. Do not hire.
