Service was awful. Ordered a Mac for pickup, and due to update of their system, the file was caught in a loop. Service was extremely unfriendly, the opposite of service friendly. And in the end made a bad suggestion, by which we will obtain the Mac from another centre. If this is supposed to represent Apple, one of the biggest companies of this planet, that such an update error could occur, and produce such a fuss, is unacceptable. Do not use this as a Mac Pick up centre. Customer unfriendly.

In my experience, I feel like they think its their right to charge so much for products. Like its expected and they don't give the service that should accompany such pricey products.
