When you go to a car dealership and the sales manager comes to answer a question,you expect an adult not an inexperienced,rude,arrogant,disrespectful child,who insults your intelligence and your experience. He offered a ridiculous price for our trade in and refused to negotiate on a cash sale. Guess what son, we could have written a cheque right there for half a dozen cars without breaking a sweat. Sorry Tyler,you're a nice guy, but your sales"manager" lost you a sale.
