I originally liked the atmosphere because it is a smaller pool. However when I was sold a 10 punch pass shortly before it expired at season end (not realizing they close for the season on labour day) and was then told there was nothing they could do, I changed my mind. Technically that's my fault for not researching the terms and conditions first, but I feel there is an onus on the business to inform the customer. I won't be going back due to poor customer service.
