    We are truly sorry that your visit to us was interpreted in such a negative manner. We pride ourselves on being friendly and accommodating with each and every client that comes to our Salon. We stay late almost every night of the week to fit someone in that cannot come during our regular scheduled salon hours. You had missed the entire appointment, and unfortunately we were already completely booked up that day and were unable to fit you in. As it was a Saturday on a long weekend we also had plans after hours and weren't able to plan an additional appointment. The stylist that you said was 'sitting on her butt' was waiting for her next scheduled client that was due in at any moment (and actually wasn't even the Stylist that was booked with any of the wedding party.) Again, we are very sorry that this had not gone as you planned, and we wish you the very best of luck with the Wedding :)

    DO NOT give this ...

    DO NOT give this salon any business! Pickings are slim in the valley but don't waste a second of your time dealing with the wretchedly miserable owner. Rude, inconsiderate, self-rightous, unsympathetic, kurt and just an all-around negative attitude. To keep my horrible experience as succinct as possible; I showed up for a wedding hair consultation with a bride-to-be and the bridesmaids and thru miscommunication and a legitimate mistake, had shown up at 2pm instead of 1pm for the appointment... We apologized and felt terrible for the inconvenience but instead of working with us to accomodate or to work together to reschedule, she rolled her eyes at us, chastised us with her facial expressions and demeanour and sourly exclaimed with the most sarcastic tone; "You'll just have to rebook next time you're in town." And shooed us away. (We live 6 hours out of town) We left the salon and before we drove away I popped back in to try and speak further with the staff and she couldn't have been more disinterested to work something out with us. She also exclaimed thru a snotty grin; "We close at 3 on saturdays." (Keep in mind we showed up at 2 and when we walked in she was sitting on her butt playing with her phone, she could have at least honoured the bride with her consultation right? We were potential paying customers!) ) I understand we were late, but most normal empathetic human beings understand that accidents happen, right? Whatever. She obviously doesn't want our business and we certainly don't want hers! It was a blessing in disguise because we certainly wouldn't want her stubborn negative vibe around us on my friends big day. Ugh, just appalling customer service. STAY AWAY! You've been warned!
