I purchased a part for my hot water plumbing and when the part was either faulty or simply did not work, the company would not return the product. To add further insult,they charged me almost double the cost of a nearby business. I would not recommend their business.

I have been to there supply store twice. Both times I've gotten the brush off. First time I brought in a photo of my tap to the plumbers and said it was loose and they had no clue how to fix it. Went next store to there showroom and the 2 sales ladies looked at it and said remove the button and tighten it. Went home and fixed it. My 67 yr old mom went in and asked if they had a part for her tap as ordering it from the manufacturer would take 28 days. They said no and move on to the next customer. Called the plumber who called them and they had one no problem. That's not customer service!
