The online order only policy is slow. Can't understand why kids cannot try on something or Cambridge cannot let customers pick up orders the same day.
Years after years nothing makes sense in the sizing of their uniform. Unfortunately due to the Covid 19, you now have to order online and get ready for the hassle to go back and forth to exchange sizes etc... Example: I ordered 3 medium sized golf shirt for my 13 years old athletic son but these polo fit me (the dad which is a Large size) as an extra large. Are these uniforms really Made in Canada or are they made in a sweat shop in an other part of the world and packed and logo in Canada?
I have been using Cambridge Uniform for 2 years and so far we highly recommend them. Yuko has been excellent with customer service care and client satisfaction. I highly recommend them since it’s just so easy to deal with them. Their uniforms are great. Isabel (Kelowna, BC).
Awesome company to work with. Went in with a my child who needed special care as he was nervous to start a new school. They were so careing. The uniforms are well made and fit so nicely. I look forward to our next visit.
I was sent the wrong item so I called to ask how to fix my order. It sounded like someone was picking up the phone and immediately hanging it back up. So I looked up their customer service e-mail and sent my request with my original order attached so they could see that there had been an error. After a week with no response I called again during business hours and left my name and number as the message machine said. Still no response. I sent a second email and it's now been almost two weeks without a response. I let my child's school know so they can look into getting a different supplier with better customer service. I will not support this company again.
