Our experience at La-z-boy has always been wonderful. First, the choices of styles and fabrics are incredible. Then the very helpful staff, like Magdalena, make the purchase so easy. This is our first choice when it comes to furniture stores.

I like all my La-Z-Boy purchases. With my latest purchase Golnaz was very helpful and efficient while I was choosing a lift/recliner.

Both salespeople I worked with were very patient as I took the time I needed to make the right decision on which sofa bed to buy, which mattress to choose, and especially which fabric to choose. A significant purchase like this needs time to ensure the right decisions are made. Golnaz and Debra were both wonderful to work with.

Our rep Magdalens Vo-Vu was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and had patience with us as we looked at a number of recliners before making our choice.

The staff (Teresa and Ingrid) that I worked with were courteous, knowledgeable,friendly. They made the shopping experience very easy and it didn't take long to find what I was looking for. The store itself it well stocked with much more than just recliners. I never thought I'd see the day when I'd buy a lazy-boy but am definitely glad I did and I would recommend this store if you're thinking of getting one yourself.

Mahfam in the North Vancouver store was excellent -- what customer service should be. She was helpful, responsive, proactive and very friendly. She gave me the best discount possible. I will definitely go back to her again for future furniture needs. I highly recommend her.

I finally got my dream sofa recliner and very useful for my job as a frontliner on my feet all the with this covid 16 hrs the most just to cover sick calls . Attached my sona and my husband trying our new sofa! We all ❤️It thanks Lazy boy!

We recently bought a bed frame, which is beautifull by the way, but we were told it could take up to 3 months for delivery because it is handmade in the lower mainland of Vancouver. Needless to say, it was delivered within a month and the boxes said that it was from Vietnam!!!! Go figure...not sure how that kind of sale info can be so skewed!!! That is why I only give it 2 stars...?

Mahfam is amazing. She was so patient with us as it was difficult to figure out what we want and gave us a few options and was not putting any pressure on us. The only thing that really bothered me was Lazyboy put a sale on and they don't have the supply. We already liked a 3 seater and but will take I believe up to 6 mos to deliver. We need a new sofa at least within a month. We have no choice but to order a sofa that can be delivered sooner.The headrest is too bulky, hoping my neck adjusts.

Terrific shopping experience at La-z-boy, North Van. Relaxed atmosphere , no pressure browsing. Golnaz was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions in ordering our furniture. Our new Meyer sofa and loveseat arrived today and it’s perfect for our home, along with the lamps and picture we also purchased. Many thanks Golnaz for your expertise.

Golnaz helped me find my loveseat. I ordered the same as the pinnacle chair I have enjoyed for 10 years. Love my pinnacle chair so I cant wait for my new leather pinnacle loveseat ( so I can cuddle with my sweetie) to be ready for pick up. Golnaz even let me rest in the chair while she fixed up all the paper work. She knew I had driven a long distance with chronic pain. I truly appreciated her sensitivity.

We had a successful shopping trip at the North Vancouver store. There is a lovely atmosphere in the Store- a little tricky to find but well worth the visit. There is also plenty of parking at the back. We worked with Teresa who is so knowledgeable and thinks creatively.
