The location was good, the pricing seemed fair. But the customer service from the U-Haul representative was horrendous. The man who was from U-Haul was belligerent and rude. The first words out of his mouth were argumentative. He made absolutely no effort to be civil, he yelled at me for parking in the wrong spot and argued with me as to what the directions on the online portal said. I followed his instructions; he yelled at me for doing that. Inexcusable and highly unprofessional.
