Very unprofessional. Supposedly an appliance expert. Opened the back, said I have a refrigerant leak and I have to buy a new fridge. Refused to do a leak test, fix the leak and charge fresh gas. Ha! Not sure why he is in business. I would avoid him at all costs.
The owner of All Round Appliance Services is very experienced. He identified the problem of our washer and fixed it quickly. He gave me a flat rate over the phone and he honored his quote.
Nov 27, I want to update on this problem, we found out that the problem of the washer was not solved and we asked him to come back. He run the cycle of washer again and said there is now another problem. So we have to pay again...and yet the washer is still not working. I am not happy!
I would recommend this business. Our fridge stopped working and they came the same day a couple hours later and fixed. Even came back 2 days later to check everything and collect balance.

I was really impressed with the service for my washer. The washer started to give funny noises and then stopped altogether. I called All Round Appliance Service and they came out right away the next day, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed everything with no mess in about an hour. Great service and excellent knowledge from their 22 years of experience!
Came on a Sunday to fix my washing machine. Prompt, pleasant, very reasonable price. Couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.
