We have used this...
We have used this business for at least a dozen years. Upon this occasion they completely ruined a dress with a large burn. That in itself can occur. However the owner, the lead hand, and the owner's daughter all created a united front wherein they couldn't possibly have made this mistake. The result is a 90 plus year old lady is without her favourite garment, we will no longer use this business, and great disappointment at their untruthfulness nor willingness to accept responsibility for an error. Shame.
