Lugaro Jewellers Metropolis at Metrotown

Walked in here wanting to spend less than $1000 on a Mothers day gift. The sales lady showed me the $888 collection which all had Canadian diamonds. Wide variety of pieces and I liked that it was below my price point ;)

Terrible customer service. They're definitely only nice and helpful when selling you a watch but terrible after-sales support. They just stop caring after. I will not be going back.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My girlfriend and I walked into Lugaro Jewelers today and we looked around for 5-10 minutes without a single greeting or "I'll be with you" and they weren't even busy! We were there to see her engagement ring. Poor quality rings in unclean cases If we really were interested in getting something in the first place, we would've hunted down a customer service person....but it wasn't even worth the effort.
