As a happy long time customer of Chatters I will never go back after first and last haircut from Jina. Unfriendly to the point of rude. Roughly jerking my head and neck all over the place. Instead of asking you to to lean forward or back she just shoves you. I have never encountered a stylist like her before. I only wish I would have stood up for myself and said something but I was just completely shocked. Not near as good as she thinks she is.

Horrible just horrible. Went in for some layers and walked out in tears . The lady just did layers in the back and barley any in the front . Hair is a mess, for some reason it's longer in front then back . I'm really disappointed. Will never go back

Stylist had zero ...

Stylist had zero knowledge of proper techniques. I asked her to trim my bangs fairly short and it took THREE TIMES of me telling her to go shorter for her to actually get the length I wanted. She ended up shaving into the side of my hairline and now I'm left growing out this patchy bit that always sticks out. Just horrible, will never return.
