After driving out of cedar to get some fish and chips for the first time from the Riverside food market, we ordered two, two piece halibut and cod meals with a pountine on the side. after driving home with our meals, we unpacked it at home and discovered our big disappointment. I have had fish and chips four different times; fish was lightly battered, fries done to perfection, also fresh made coleslaw and tarter sauce. This is my go to for the best fish&chips. Keep up the good work.

I've gone there a few times with my family. Love the food there. Great quality, awesome prices. Was there most recently yesterday with my kids. The guy who cooked our food did an awesome job. I will most definitely be returning with my family in the future when the urge for fish and chips kicks in. I'd have to say this is one of the best places to get fish and chips on the island..

On Sept.5, my wife and I had the fish and chips, a little greasy, but good. Today, Sept.6, I went back on my own, order the same thing. The fish was not cooked properly, very raw. They gave me another order but so greasy. I did check out their prices and very expensive for most common items, like canned goods and the sea food, WOW. We are not inland like the prairies. As a past chef, uncooked food in a new place is not good.
