Didn’t get any stains out, but left two new ones. I got several stains out with my own remover while the guy was there, and when I showed him he just shrugged. Waste of money. Never use this company.
Just prior to moving we hired Citrus-O to clean our carpets and furniture, but we had an absolutely terrible experience dealing with them. We hired them to clean two of our carpets, a couch and a chair (DAY 1). The carpets turned out just fine, but there were several noticeable streaks left in the couch and chair. Upon closer examination it appeared the fabric had in fact been damaged and even ‘ripped out’ by their cleaning equipment.
