I have been a long time committed customer and I can only say these guys are very patient and very trustworthy. I recent took my truck here and they gave honest advice that wasn't in their best financial interest. They showed me the areas of concern, while the truck was on the hoist. Honest owner, friendly mechanics.
I'm helping a senior friend sell their car. My friend always had it serviced at Lyall Street. In his very busy day Kelsey sent me a maintenance record of the service they provided over the last few years. He did this with such a good, generous spirit. So supportive!
I brought my vehicles there many times, I guess at one point was a loyal customer until; I had problems with my car starting properly. I brought my car in for a check up, was told it was one problem, repair was made $$$, and fixed. Nope, was told it was another problem, repair made $$$, now was fixed, nope. Oh, the problem was found once again, ah, $$$ repaired, nope. $700 dollars later it turned out to be a burnt ignition plug...... a $30 fix... as the saying goes "buyer beware"
I am sorry that you chose this method of attack. I am sure I could of explained this to you satisfactorily and retained you as a loyal customer. Obviously a communication problem occurred and I am sincerely sorry for that. Your complaint is too vague for me to figure out what kind of car and what the issues were and because of the fictitious name here and on Google, (Penny Lane) and the name of the part,"ignition plug" , I can't explain what happened and why. I wish you had come to me at the time and we would have worked this out. -Peter Grant (Owner)
