I love DIT&A, the people there are nice and I will always only go here for taxes. I once went to H&R block, and they told me I would get $600 back. My Mum encouraged me to see Mr. Steiman and instead I received $1300. Thanks for making my taxes worry free!
Office is run down. "Accountants" - I use that term lightly, as they wear too much perfume and have very limited knowledge other than basic taxes and there is a strong language barrier. I decided I didn't want to get my taxed done by them as they clearly didn't know what they were doing. When I tried to get my T4s back they wanted me to pay them $60, and I had to tug of war to get my folder out of her hands, and then another accountant tried to grab them from me. WORST experience.
These comments were made by a person who did not want to comply
with the filing requiremens as set out in the income tax act and regulations. This person felt they know better. These comments are totally lacking in any factual content. I personally invite anyone interested to inspect our premises and and meet our employees. We have been in business for over thirty years and currently have over 12,000 clients from across Canada. All of our employees are well qualified and experienced.
