RE "REFURBISHED COMPUTERS" - DECEPTIVE. IF A VEHICLE, WOULD BE MISSING MANY PARTS AND ACCESSORIES.

The south side location is the only one I have been to. I have been going there for a few years now and let me tell you the staff are amazing. They work with you the best they can to get you the best dollar on your pawns. They have a selection of items for most anyone and the prices are very competitive. I go on a regular basis to chat and seek finds in one of Ftons best kept secrets in my humble opinion. 20 + years of great customer service and friendliness , Keep up the amazing work. 10/10 :)

Bad customer service / web service

I am looking for a black 3ds xl that they had online. Was told that they have none in stock. After giving the employee de sku, he confirmed that there was onw in stock. Came back with a red 3ds with screen damage and told me its the only one they have. Bad missmanagement . Total loss of time , will most likely not return. If at least I was given an appologie for the missunderstanding and if they'd taken my information to contact me when they have one i wouldve been a very happy customer
