Ordered lemon cheesecake for the office Christmas dinner 4 days in advance. The next day I checked with a store assistant to make sure my order will be ready on time. She called the production line and confirmed it. But on pickup day, they had just started making the cake, and it couldn't make it to dinner. What a let down! I never got the cheesecake and, worse, never got a refund. I'm sure they recycled my order and sold the cheesecake to people in the store. What a rip-off, a scam!
