The worst salon experience ever. She is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, rude, cancels appointments and doesn’t let her clients know when she’s closing the clinic due to the virus. Do not go here. Her lazer hair removal machine is terrible. I think it was the first one ever invented and I highly doubt it works properly.
I absolutely do not recommend this place to ANYONE. She cannot be trusted with hygiene regulations. I purchased laser hair removal through Groupon and I completely regret it. She didn't clean the machine that was used to laser my genital area. She refused to give me a refund which I purchased 6 treatments and cost $460. A cavicide wipe or spray is the proper tool to use to clean the laser and all she used was a kleenex. Groupon may give me a full refund so kudos to them if they do.
