Our dog was very sick. She was collapsing. We called for an appointment and were told they were booked. We asked if we could take her to another vet for testing, and send the results to loyalist for treatment. We were told that was fine. When we called back with the results, we were told we are now inactive customers and can no longer book appointments with them for our pets. We had been loyal to them for nearly 18 years.
