A wolf in sheep clothing. Construction began before contract was made. He bullies and manipulates you into situations you are not ready for or comfortable with. Performed half of the job and never came back. And the half he did do is done horribly and the complete opposite of what I asked for. All agreements were made verbally so I have no record to prove that none of his promises were kept. I would never hire him or recommend again to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
