Second Cup

The service is horrible. I was served by some blonde girl who was completely rude and more interested in one of her co-workers than the customers in front of her. The latte she made was disgusting and tasted like they used spoiled milk. The building was very unclean. The staff was not professional at all. When I asked to speak to the manager, the rude blonde girl claimed she was the manager. I left very upset.
