We contracted the services with the owner of this company who also promotes snow removal services. We paid in advance 254.25 for a service that was to be provided between January 27/2021 until March 21/2021. During the heavy snowfalls on February the contractor never came to do the job and never answered our phone calls. It was very hard for us, who are both senior citizens and myself in disability.
