Hadn't been in a while and we visited two weeks ago from work. From what I recall the prices are higher but they haven't kept the amount of food the same. rather they have also decreased the portion sizes. The service was fine, nothing wrong but the waiter and waitresses were dressed like they don't care. Not attractive at all. Same oldish. The food was not enough however.
The food was so good there, but I won't say the same to its service. It is not bad though, but I hate when they carry plate over people's head.
This is my third visit into this location. I would haveto say it will be my last. I orderd the Seared Tuna Salad which looked quite good on the menu. The restaurant was empty and our drinks took about 10 minutes to arrive. Well the food arrived approx 20 minutes later. The Seared Tuna salad included 2 handfulls of lettuce on a small appetizer plate with 4 loonie sized pieces of tuna. I was very hungry and did not mention anything to the waiter. How can you charge someone 16.00 for such a salad???????????? Our bill came to 40.00 for lunch and of course 16.00 of those dollars were for my horrible Seared Tuna salad Not a happy camper
I have been to the Sherway location 3 times now...swearing I will not return, and this time was the last time. The food was fine, but took forever to come out....and did not come out all at once. We had to ask several times for our drinks and bread. The worst part was that the waiter kept reaching across my freinds plate to clear my area and put down my drinks etc...he did this al least 4 times during the meal... very rude. He made us feel like we were bothering him when we asked for drink refills etc. The service has always been a bit lacking at this location, but this time was the worst. I will not be returning to this location. The Mississauga location near Square One is EXCELLENT....the service is perfect, the food is alway great, out together and is at the right temperature. Avoid this location and keep driving to the Mississauga one.
I have been to the Queensway location several times and not once have I had a bad meal. I usually have steak, but thought I would try something different this time and tried the double pork chop. It was amazing. I am always impressed with the portion sizes and I guarantee you will never leave hungry. This last visit was the first time trying the garlic loaf and to be honest I was not impressed with it. I thought it was far to salty and had a taste of bacon, which I don't associate with a garlic loaf. But over all, the service is always great and the prices are amazing as well.
We went about an hour before closing had absolutely wonderful service very attentive but not hovering. Was my birthday and i recieved a free dessert food was fabulous
