Mike explained everything clearly and was understanding with my technically challenged disposition and slowness due to hands tremor. I purchased refurbished device and Mike set it up in no time. We are completely satisfied with our experience at Compuwarez. We have a 9 year old mac Pro which had crashed. Mike got us up and running again and upgraded the ram and new HD. I am an artist and our old computer would take about 10minutes to load adobe illustrator and photoshop. Now, they both load in about 5 to 10 seconds and this old puter is blazing fast. Mike really knows what he is doing. In the next few years we will be looking for a new puter but Mike bought us extra time with this one.
Extremely happy with the service and professional treatment I received at this location. No more Big Box electronic store for me. My hard drive crashed and thought all was lost.
