I was next in line to receive my smoothie and girl handed it to me while another customer waited and customer said I think that's mine. I said I'm sorry I assumed it was for me and customer asked for a new smoothie even though I had not taken a sip from it. The EMPLOYEE said "you shouldn't have taken the smoothie if it wasn't yours!" She has no customer service skills whatsoever and VERY rude. This wouldn't have happened if she called out the kind of smoothie loud and clear.
