How Not To Run A Retirement Home

Depressing, dark, old paint, never updated on the inside. Poor lighting, archaic kitchen, ancient walk-in fridge, NON air conditioned home, one room with little unit in it. Dirty water cooler in front hallway. Flooring is all at different levels proves a tripping hazard for me. Floor in "living room" is scuffed, peeling and dark and dingy. Room itself is not lit and this also proved to be hazard for me. Railings up FRONT stairs proved to be a hazard as they are no secured railings. RUNAWAY NOW!
