have used this service many times travelling to Toronto Pearson Airport. Always on time, clean, courteous. Never had a problem.
We have been using this company for years to travel between our home and several different airports and the service has always been friendly,pleasant and on time. We highly recommend this company .
My experience with this company was by far the most frustrating experience of my entire life. I would not reccomend any individual to book this company for any event. Not only did they send me an unreliable limo on my wedding day,which resulted in my bridal party, parents and myself exiting through the emergency exit, but the way the handled it was unacceptable. We did not get even an apology, but instead we're yelled at, belittled, blamed and ignored for weeks before I finally gave-up stay away
Used this company for my wedding. Was not too impressed. The party bus itself was fine and the driver was nice but the AC did nothing but blow hot air around. When asked about this upon service completion, I was basically told too bad. Would not use this company again.
This company was the worst not only with the product they delivered but in customer service. The only good quality was our driver. Our limo for my son and daughter in laws wedding was unforgivable it was damaged outside and in no air conditioning on an extremely hot day i was so embarrassed and when i sent them a e-mail stating how unhappy i was and wanted partial not full reimbursement they responded with a very unprofessional response. Please reconsider when hiring them its not worth the heada
DO NOT use Mermaid Limo Service. They are unreliable. We booked shuttle to take wedding guests back to hotel after wedding. We wanted our guests to enjoy themselves & not worry about driving. Contract signed, paid in full... Lori (rude & unprofessional) called at 7pm the night before the wedding to tell the bride "ya, we couldn't find a driver". No apology...nothing. Fortunately we found another company w/ nicer buses & cheaper. Trust me, go with a limo service you can rely on. NOT Mermaid Limo!
Mermaid limo was great. On time with amazing drivers. I've used them a few times. Great service. Highly recommend.
