Purchased PT. Disclosed previous nerve issue. Jackie pulled no-show for first 3 booked check-ins. I let her know of issue, she said push through it. After hurting myself on my doctors advice I asked for an adjustment to the program. She said no. I asked for a prorated refund. She said no. The Consumer Protection Act provided me a letter to send to her. She sent an email offering a prorated refund. I accepted in writing. She did not respond. She posted libel to FB and sent slanderous messages.
