Pinpoint’s complete lack of communication and professionalism was one of the key reasons why I ultimately chose to sell my rental property. Their poor choice of tenant was another reason. My personal favourite anecdote which demonstrates their lack of communication and care for the owners of their properties was when rent was DEDUCTED from my bank account, rather than deposited into it. When I emailed about this error, I received an incomprehensible reply that didn’t answer or solve my problem.
