I purchased a computer chair from this store over a month ago. I received it in damaged condition about a week later. They still have not sent me a replacement chair nor have they picked up the damaged chair and refunded my money. The only way they will pick up their own defective chair is if I PAY FOR THE RETURN DELIVERY!!! I bought this chair in good faith and I deserve to have a new chair in mint condition for the nearly $400 I paid for it! DO NOT purchase from this store - you will regret it

Replacement parts were sent to this customer as well as a full refund was provided after they were still not happy with the purchase. We always work to resolve matters to our customers satisfaction.
