    I bought helium b...

    I bought helium balloons here for two large events at banquet halls. The man at the cash (owner) helped me design the colours, choose the styles, and opened packages to inflate balloons so I could see what they would look like before I ordered them. He was so helpful, showed me lots of options and did not rush me when deciding. I'll be back again!

    I've always thoug...

    I've always thought the man at the cashier was rude but I never had a deep conversation with him to really experience it until today. I went in to get a foil balloon refilled and the two women cashiers at the front refused but finally said they would ask the manager. Turns out, the man I've always encountered there is the manager/owner. He flat out said no and told me to wait when I asked why he coudn't fill it. He then proceeded to help the customer behind me. When he finally finished, I asked

    Will never step foot in this store again!

    I purchased all the balloons and accessories for my son's birthday party at this store. The lady helping me place the balloons in the bag popped one of the balloons. When I advise the owner he rudely replied that I would have to wait. Once he was finished he rudely replied that I would have to pay for a replacement even though a member of his staff popped the balloon. Are you kidding me? Taken by his tone and lack of business ethic I left the store and let him know that I would never be back. His reply to me was "Have a nice day". After all that, the quality of the balloons are lousy, the helium barely lasted the night. Save yourself the aggravation and go to party packagers were they treat their customers properly. There is little or no savings even though they call themselves "Party Saver"
