My experience at alliance bridal was fantastic! I personally knew what dress I wanted but did not know how to describe it. The one lady I was working with figured it out and brought a dress to me. It is my dress! Fast reliable service as well. Ordered my girls dresses and we were told it took about 4 months to receive. Just got the call that they are ready and its only been 3. Thank you Alliance Bridal!!
Incorrect sizes were ordered, then I was charged for alterations. No bridesmaids were contacted when their dress arrived. One had to be shipped out of province, but was held for info but the shop DID NOT CALL to get this info! Several errors in their system with our acct caused undue delays. When attempts were made to sort out these issues the owner refused to admit any responsibility. Owner has no desire to serve the customer or to make things right when mistakes happen.
