They don't even deserve 1 star, but unfortunately thats the lowest rating available. Absolutely unprofessional. Their superintendents are rude, ignore you and simply do not care to maintain their buildings whatsoever. Davpart management also does nothing about it, nor do they return any calls or complaints from residents. Complete negligence and disrespect.
