The owner did not take ownership of his mistake, did not apologize to me for my inconvenience and frankly did not care. He was arrogant and rude to me and told me that I didn’t have to shop in his store. I have decided to take his advice and never step foot in his store again.
Just wanted to send an email to say that we were so happy with all the work that your store in particular ,Josef did for us to help us will our purchase. Josef went above and beyond to accommodate us with everything that we needed. A great experience. Even though we live outside of the Oakville area we will definitely make the trip out to Oakville to shop at your store again!!!!

Very dishonest company. I bought a table and the price they charged me was not the price displayed. The store manager decided to increase the price by 15% without telling me. Luckily I noticed when it was time to pay. They pressured me to pay the higher price and insulted me when I refused.
If I hadn't noticed the trick their sneaky trick would have worked! Very, very dishonest!!! Buyer beware here!
