Experience was amazing! Everything was organized and they got me into the room in no time. Staff and receptionists are very friendly and were doing really well under pressure.

The doctor’s show up whenever they wish, and generally make their own hours. You’re only notified by a sign on the door.

Very Good. Efficient, pleasant staff. Very quick to call to me for an irregularity in blood work.

They referred me to a dead surgeon

Dr.Heikal is very knowledgable and patient. Also,the clinic is 10 minutes away from my home by walk. I like the clinic.

Worst clinic around Ontario. Doctor's never ever on time. Never acknowledge They are very late and never apologize to patients because they don't care. Unless you have 3 hours to waste avoid this poorly run unprofessional clinic.

My son was I'll and I made a 9:30 appointment with Dr. Heikel. I was furious when she finally showed up at 10:20. Almost an hour late By the time my son was seen he couldn't stop crying. Not one apology from Dr heikel. Never again will I waste my time.

Terrible. Writing this review as I'm sitting here going on 3 hours of waiting for a walk in. Just brutal.....

Terrible time waiting. My appointment is at 1pm and called at 3pm... It was a waste of time. For me, waiting is not a mattee if its worth but the family physician did not give me complete details for the stuffs that i want to know and to be done... The clinic aleeady found out 2 weeks aho that my urine has blood and they did not follow up with me.... I will change my physician now bec of this experience.

Absolutely awful experience. Wait times are unbelieveably long. Never going back - avoid at all costs.

Is there a Doctor in the house?

The clinic opens at 9:30 and the first doctor does not arrive on premises until 10:00 am. They often do not take patients right away - it is the longest wait I have ever experienced at a walk-in clinic. Would also like to premise there were only 4 patients waiting. Unacceptable service.
