What a wonderful experience with Ban and Iman! My wedding dress is absolutely stunning thanks to their talent! Ban helped me make major changes to the style of my dress and created a dream come true. She supported me with a last minute decision and cut my dress on the spot, and I couldn’t be happier! She has a heart of gold and amazing talent. I would recommend them to anyone and I will continue to go to her for all my alterations! I love the both of them!

I went to this shop after a friend's recommendation, and it was everything they said! I had a huge hole in my sleeve after a button got caught and tore off, I didn't know how it would be fixed without looking like a patch job. I went into Lucy's, where I was greeted warmly and reassured it would fine. When I went to pick it up, it looked so good I couldn't even tell which sleeve had the hole in the first place! Great store, wonderful customer service, I would highly recommend anyone come here!

She's a real artist in her work. I liked when she said "no problem is not fixable". She is capable of transforming even a piece of rag to a stunning dress. No limits to her creativity.

great service great dress great price

When I started looking for a mother of the bride dress I was worried about the prices...very expensive. Then Lucy's was recommended to me by one of the designers in downtown Oakville. Lucy has a great selection and will order in more. They were really reasonably priced and they altered my dress to fit me perfectly. They were helpful and fun. I had no problem with the timing. I'm going to take my 'mother of the bride' friend there in the near future.

UNPROFESSIONAL & NOT GOOD SEAMSTRESSES AT ALL -

My daughter was getting married and she wanted a little jacket made for her and for her two flower girls; The seamstresses had 2 months to complete this but they were only finished 2 days before the wedding; The littlest flower was 2 years old; her jacket would fit a six month baby; way too small even though she went for three fittings; the 4 year old flower girl's jacket fit the two year old; the bride's jacket was sooo tight she couldn't even move her arms; it was horrific; the shoulder lengths on the jackets were different lengths; completely unsatisfied; we had to hire someone to make two jackets ONE day beforeo her wedding; I hope no one else has to go through what we went through; We asked the seamstresses to add sleeves into the dresses or make jackets for the bridesmaids dresses; They said sleeves would look great; They did the Maid of Honour dress sleeves fine but then the other girls were not able to move their arms at all; They were finished the day before wedding so we were unable to take them anywheres else to have them redone; So the girls had to suffer through the day with minimal movement in their arms; Warning!!!! Very expensive which I wouldn't have minded if everything was done properly and in a timely fashion;
