This place is all about money, my wife needed a trial machine and they advertised for free trials, but if you do not provide them with a credit card, a deposit or signing the OHIP papers to get paid for the machine without knowing if you like the machine or not, they do not give you services. Be careful nothing is free here.
I was purchasing a new CPAP machine because my health/insurance doesn't cover the cost. Everyone at CPAP Solutions were so helpful and friendly. I felt like I wasn't rushed at all. They explained my new machine to me since I was going from a set programmed machine to an auto machine. When I brought my old machine they cleaned and set it to my new prescription so I now have the new and old machine I can use. Thanks so much for figuring out my old machine when nobody else could!
