The white lady with tattoos in the main door is super rude …. Please don’t go this place … you will never get a good service

My experience at this facility was amazing. The wait time was Minimal. Sandra the receptionist was very polite and helpful to all. Safia the technician was very knowledgeable about her job not to mention very patient. The environment was very peaceful and clean. I would recommend this place place to anyone.

If you want to bleed for several days due to a tear in your vagina ,I’d recommend going to get your pelvic ultra sound done here. The female technician was not gentle and caused me great pain. She shoved the ultra sound rod inside me without warning and with unnecessary force.. so much so I tore internally and have been bleeding since.

I have had a few ultrasounds done at this location. The only good about this place is the one receptionist who was friendly. The technician was rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. Whoever owns this place needs to have a meeting with their technicians about customer service and professionalism.

I had my ultrasound taken today. I was very pleased with the procedure. If i would need another ultrasound this office would be my first choice.

Not welcoming staff (including reception). Technician was very rude. Very disappointed with the place. She did not care to ask if we can see the screen. She kept rushing. She was mean and rude in saying, that she has patients waiting outside.

Wait is too long. They set up appointments but appointments are useless if they don't follow the time. I waited for an hour for my appointment and my bladder almost burst.i was told they don't have enough technician to do the ultrasound, why not hire more people then? You are over booking patients and you are understaffed??? That's is ridiculous!!! I rather go somewhere next time and I would never recommend it to patients at the clinic where I work!
