I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.
5 Stars to Randy in your Yard. A very helpful and efficient Gentleman...even carried my lumber to my vehicle.
1 Star to your inside staff. I struggled through the store to the cash with a 4'x4' sheet of plywood and a buggy full of trim. Two sales associates "watched" me but never offered to help. The cashier never once offered to help me or to call for assistance to help me. I had to carry the sheet to the yard to be cut, by myself.
This is NOT my first bad experience here.
