Fortinos House of Flowers

Absolutely disgusting display of customer service. When you call to simply express your disappointment in arrangements that you had requested and they laugh at you on the phone. The manager also blamed my fiancé and said those were the flowers he chose which is not at all true. I guess tropical flowers and thanksgiving looking flowers are the exact same right.... will never buy flowers from here again and neither will anyone in my family :)

A beautiful floral table display for my husbands memorial. I had asked for red, white and blue and the florist even went so far to find some blue roses. Thank you.
